Flaxseed Smoothie
(Flaxative) |

Combine in a jar or bowl, cover
loosely and let stand for 2-8 hours (or overnight):
1/4 cup Flaxseeds
1/2 cup water
Then add:
1/2 cup more water (hot or cold)
1 Ripe Banana or ¼ to 1/3 cup reconstituted prunes,
apricots, etc.
Blend on high speed with a stop-start action until thick
and creamy. Enjoy. Refrigerate what's left for a snack.
